Jay McManus is Sandy’s husband, and a vital member of the team. Jay grew up on Salt Spring Island where he and Sandy met as teenagers. Jay’s career in the Grocery Industry had him transferred to Parksville, Duncan, Squamish, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Victoria. After 35 years in retail sales and management, Jay decided it was time for a change. He now assists Sandy to efficiently manage their growing business. Jay provides great insight to the team garnered from almost 40 years of exposure to various real estate markets. He and Sandy have built, renovated, bought and sold numerous properties since 1976. Analytical by nature, Jay gathers vital research on market data and offers support with all aspects of the business.
