Sandy McManus

Sandy grew up on both Southern Vancouver Island and Salt Spring Island.  Over the years, she and her husband Jay have lived in several locations in British Columbia and Alberta while Jay was a corporate transferee.  They feel extremely fortunately to have settled in beautiful, globally recognized Victoria B.C. and to have the opportunity to be involved in the real estate industry here.

Sandy and Jay have been buying, selling, moving, renovating or building since 1976.  Prior to having children and becoming a Realtor, Sandy worked in Banks and in an accounting department for a forest product company. 

Sandy began her real estate career in 1992 while living in Alberta where her devotion to her Real Estate Career resulted in her being the top producer for her trading area.  Also a top producer in the Greater Victoria market place, she attributes her success to her ability to work a very large trading area with people of all ages from all walks of life.  With determination and dedication, she combines good old-fashioned customer service, common sense and tenacity with all the modern tools of the trade.  She is willing to sharing the extensive knowledge she’s gained as an experienced Realtor, Buyer, Seller, Wife of a Transferee, Homemaker, New Home and Renovation Project Manager.

Sandy’s golden rule is simple; "always treat others as you would like to be treated yourself."  Her goal is to do much more than sell a single property; it’s to build long lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, dependability and integrity.

Sandy measures her success by the number of repeat Clients and their greatly appreciated referrals of family, friends and acquaintances, as well as professionals related to the real estate industry and referring Realtors. 

Consistently in the top 10%, Sandy is a Victoria Real Estate Board MLS Gold Achievement Recipient and was the Top Producer at the DFH Real Estate Ltd. Victoria Office for many years.
